"There are no bad houses, but sometimes houses get neglected over the years, and it is my job to point out these deficiencies". Barry's knowledge of construction allows clients to get a deeper understanding of what is going on with a house and how serious the condition is. "An inspector without construction experience might tell you that the roof needs to be replaced and scare you with this information. I would point out that while the roof looks bad and should be replaced, you can probably squeeze another 2 years out of it. This difference might help you justify purchasing the house."
