The Report

The Report is the written document that accompanies the visual inspection. At Precision Pro, every effort has been made to simplify the report, so it is easy to read and understand.  The problem with many other inspectors is that they use a handful of  mass produced  reports that are sold commercialy to the home inspection industry.  Unfortunately, trying to decipher them is difficult, and not straighforward. At Precision Pro, we have developped a custom report, complete with photos (when warranted) that is easy to understand.  We have a section that gives you a quick glance of the items of concern and how much they will cost to repair.  Let's face it, most buyers just want to know what is wrong, what has to be fixed now, what can be put off until later, and how much it is going to cost.
